отработка удара по стоячему мячу и в конце занятия пробежка. В отработке удара мы делали акцент на точности и всем нюансам ( разбег, фиксация голеностопа, расположение голеностопа во время удара , расположение корпуса и замаха перед ударом) , после сделали пятиминутную пробежку и завершили первую тренировку
