Happy Tuesday! Do you follow a meal plan, and if so, has it helped you?
A meal plan is meant to be a guide, not a strict set of rules.
It’s okay to occasionally pivot from your meal plans to accommodate social events, travel, and special occasions.
There is no need to stress over the day if you need to change things because stress is not good for you. I hope these videos are making your days a little easier????
As a family of 13, we try to eat a balanced and healthy diet.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Fruit, Peanut Butter (nut butter.)
Second Breakfast - Hard-Boiled Eggs
Eleve - Leftover Cauliflower Rice StirFry (shrimp, peppers, peas, carrots)
Lunch: Veggie and Cheese sandwiches with Cucumbers, Chips, and Baked Chick Peas
Tea/Snack- Sliced Apples and Peanut Butter
Dinner: Nachos with Salads, Beef, Cheese, Veggies, and Cashew
Dressing
Movie and Dessert - Pick one item from the snack cart
Feeding my children six times a day is a decision rooted in my deep love and care for them. I know 6 meals/snacks a day can seem like a lot, but it’s important to know that we don’t always eat six times a day. It’s on the menu, just in case.
Growing bodies require proper nutrition for optimal development, and I want to ensure that my children have the fuel they need to thrive. I feel blessed that I can do this!
We make 21 Meals and 21 Snacks weekly for 13 people, and the goal is to keep most of what we buy clean and healthy.
Thank you so much for being here and spending a piece of your day with me! Your love and support does not go unnoticed!
Peace, Joy, and Blessings! Pamela!????
