Recipe for Christmas Tree Puff Pastries

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Cut the puff pastry sheets into triangle shapes to resemble Christmas trees.
3. Spread a teaspoon of chocolate on each triangle.
4. Sprinkle ground pistachios over the chocolate.
5. Roll or fold the pastry as desired and place on a baking sheet.
6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
