1/3 cup of old fashioned oats
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1/3 cup of milk
1/4 cup greek yogurt
3 tbsp of mango (or other fruit)
1)Add ingredients to your jar
2)Place lid on jar and shake.
3)Put in fridge for at least 5 hours
