Ingredients
8 ounces elbow pasta
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
½ cup butternut squash puree
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup peas
1)Cook pasta according to box.
2)Add your butter to a pot, once it’s melted sprinkle in your flour and whisk together.
3)Next add in your milk, cheese, butternut squash purée, and garlic powder.
4)Cook on low heat until it has thickened.
5)Mix your cheese sauce, peas, and pasta together.
6)Serve and enjoy!
