How good do these Chocolate Apple “Doughnuts” look? They were AMAZING! I enjoyed a couple of them as well. ???? Be sure to share this recipe with a friend!

Ingredients
•3 Apples
•10 oz Ghirardelli Chocolate melting wafers
•2 TBSP of melted peanut butter
•1/4 cup of chopped honey roasted peanuts

Directions

1)Slice the apples crosswise and core them. I used one of my cake decorating tips to core my slices and it worked perfectly!

3)Melt your chocolate and then dunk your apple slices.

4)Put your chocolate covered apples on a plate lined with parchment paper and drizzle with melted peanut butter.

5)Top with your chopped peanuts and stick in the fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
