We found Ottavia hanging out by the trash in front of a residential building, where she had been seen for over a week. She was underweight and in bad shape. When she arrived to our community cat room, she was shy at first, but once she got a few pets in she melted into a cuddle monster. She's been settling into her new digs, and will be off to a foster home soon where she can continue to blossom. Your support is what gives cats like Ottavia a second chance. Thank you.
