This is Metaphor, a toothless 15-year-old street cat. We didn’t know how long this senior gentleman had been outside, but we knew he needed help—his fur was matted and patchy, and his spirit was weary. When we brought him inside, he was understandably confused and frightened. But treats helped break through his walls. When Metaphor transitioned to foster, he was standoffish at first. But he soon became a nose booping, biscuit-making, dog-loving lap cat. Despite his age, Metaphor is in great health and—now in his forever home—enjoys every day and meal to the fullest. Thank you for making this senior sweetheart's new life possible. ????
