Ingredients
• 200g-250g pasta of choice
• Drizzle of olive oil
• 1/4 onion, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon of lazy garlic or 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 1 tin of tuna, drained
• 1 tin of tomato passata or chopped tomatoes (400g)
• Salt & pepper if desired (avoid for babies under 1s)

Method
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chopped onion and garlic until softened.
2. Add the drained tuna and cook for a couple of minutes at medium high heat.
3. Stir in the tomato passata, season with salt and pepper if desired and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
4. While the sauce is simmering, cook your pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain well.
5. Toss the drained pasta with the tuna sauce.
6. Serve and buon appetito! ????
