FEEDING 11 Kids In 30 MINUTES - HEALTHY and SIMPLE MEAL
We are launching a new series to help you create Recipes/Meals in 30 Minutes or less.
As a busy homeschooling mom of 11, I go through a lot of food, so I work on meals that are not only delicious but satisfying and always kid-approved (well, that’s the goal).
Join us as we navigate this new, exciting challenge of feeding our family of 13 in just 30 minutes! With our tried and tested tips and tricks, we’ll show you how to whip up nutritious, delicious meals that will have everyone asking for seconds.
Strawberry Breakfast Parfait Jar-
Ingredients -
LAYERS: Per Jar
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Homemade Granola (RECIPE)
4 Strawberries
1/3 Strawberry Compote
Method -
1. First, make your Strawberry Compote; put frozen strawberries in a small pot over medium heat, mix until melted, and turn into liquid with chunky strawberries. Set aside and allow to cool completely.
2. Soak, rinse, and cut your fresh Strawberries.
3. With all your ingredients prepared, start layering! Add a layer of Greek Yogurt to the bottom of your jars.
4. Add another layer of Homemade Granola and fresh Strawberries, and repeat!
5. Pour your cooled Strawberry compote onto the top.
6. Add a sprinkle of Granola and a few extra strawberries on top!
7. Serve right away or store in the fridge overnight! Enjoy!
