What My Kids Ate Today| Healthy and Simple Meals

I’m a homeschooling mom, so my days are busy! I try to feed my children healthy and balanced meals throughout the day. Today, we went off of the menu a little, but that’s okay because our menus are created to be flexible.

Making mealtime enjoyable and involving your children in preparing and planning the food can foster a positive relationship with nutritious foods. We are here to lay the foundation for our children’s long-term health and well-being. You got this, mama!

MEAL IN A DAY -

BREAKFAST: Pumpkin Granola Breakfast Jars: Pumpkin Yogurt, Homemade Granola, Pumpkin Spice cereal from Seven Sunday, Dark Chocolate Chips, and Blackberries (Video and Recipe Coming Soon)

SECOND BREAKFAST: Bella Goose Treats and Coffee

ELEVENSES: Seedy Crackers, swiss cheese, and kalamata olives

LUNCH: Chicken Fajita wraps with homemade tortillas, avocado, tomatoes, and Greek yogurt (sour cream)

SNACK: Peppers with Cream Cheese and Bagle Seasoning

DINNER: Pumpkin Gnocchi & Polish Sausage Sheet pan (Video and Recipe Coming Soon)
