KOREAN STEAMED EGGS⤵️
1 cup chicken stock
4 eggs
1 tsp fish sauce
1 scallion, chopped
Oil

1. Rub oil all over a pot. Pour 1 cup of chicken stock inside your pot & bring to boil.

2. While we wait for our chicken stock to come to boil, whisk together 4 eggs, 1 tsp fish sauce & chopped scallion.

3. Once chicken stock comes to a boil, pour in your eggs and whisk for 10-15 seconds or until eggs and stock are combined.

4. Then cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 5-7 mins.

5. After 5-7 mins, uncover and your eggs should be nice and fluffy.

6. I served this with kimchi fried rice
